Such is the richness of the data available; it has and will continue to promote a better understanding of what is happening within each hospital and department. This data will, in turn, allow a Trust to make informed decisions on products and enhanced patient outcomes, including many quality and financial benefits that may not have been visible previously. Where materials managed lines are ordered from the Eleanor off-site warehouse and suppliers deliver directly to the warehouse, the current service dashboard captures every event and transaction. Any hospital inventory, whether strategic, direct stock, PPE or fluid, can all be successfully managed and reported through the current performance dashboard.

System Access

Each nominated Trust team representative will be provided with their own unique user log-on and password to access their hospital(s). The HOSLO system dashboard enables users to enter any specific date range to monitor each KPI service category by trust, all or individual hospitals and requisition departments. Once the date range has been selected, the graphical illustrations will appear, and all the associated ‘raw data’ can be accessed, viewed on screen, or downloaded to Excel/PDF as required. Data is plentiful with details of every transaction, including all KPI success and failure points throughout the dashboard.
