Staff shift schedules are assigned to each member of staff in the CARE+ system, and each individual is given access to specific zones/wards.
The system monitors the shift log-in and out times against the planned schedules and links to weekly timesheets. The service support team monitor the progress during the working day by employee, hospital, zone & department, including each workflow from the ‘planned’ to ‘actual time’ completed.
